Beginning Weaving Starting in October and January Learn to weave and create a beautiful textile! We will weave a sampler and scarf in wool yarn using plain weave and twills. You will make a warp and dress the loom, try out different yarns and weave structures, and discover how your loom works. You will also learn basic drafting. |

Intermediate Weaving Starting in October and January Learn more about weaving as you create your own special project. Choose to make a scarf or shawl, towels, yardage, a rug, or whatever you like. You can weave a project from a book or magazine, or from one of Linda’s drafts and samples. If you are a more advanced student you can design your own project with help from the instructor. |

Special Study Class Starting in April This class is offered for students who have already taken Beginning Weaving and are ready to take off with what they have learned. A different topic is presented each year. Previous classes include Rug Weaving, Painted Warp, Woven Shibori, Overshot, and Ikat Weaving. This class is always fun and inspiring! |

About the Studio The classroom is fully equipped with eleven Gilmore looms, a Cranbrook loom, and a Baby Wolf loom. The looms are 4- and 8- shaft jack looms, except for the Cranbrook which is a countermarche loom. Warping boards, shuttles, winders and other tools are all provided for your use.
